1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and winnbox ("Platform", "we" or "us"), operating under international licensing. By registering, logging in or using any part of the winnbox platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to access or use the winnbox platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be considered acceptance of those changes.

winnbox reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or notifications on the platform.

2 Account Registration and Management

To use winnbox services in full, you are required to open a valid account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update the information provided so that it remains true, accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your password and username confidential and take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify winnbox immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

Each individual is only permitted to register and use one account. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated without prior warning. Any funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

winnbox reserves the right to request proof of identity from users at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of an identity card (MyKad), proof of address and other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

A winnbox account cannot be transferred to another person. Use of an account by any party other than the registered owner is prohibited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

winnbox accepts a variety of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the method used and the time the request is made.
• All deposit and withdrawal transactions must use the same account holder name and a verified payment method.
• winnbox does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, some payment methods may impose additional charges on their own terms.

For compliance and security purposes, winnbox reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of certain amounts. This includes identity verification and source of funds. This process is part of our effort to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform.

4 Bonus and Promotions Policy

winnbox offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated alongside each offer. The following are general conditions that apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal can be made:

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Total amount to be wagered: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.

VIP bonuses are available through the winnbox loyalty programme, which comprises three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the platform. Users can progress to higher tiers through consistent and continued use. winnbox reserves the right to add, modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5 Game and Betting Rules

Users agree to comply with all game rules set by winnbox and the relevant third-party game providers. Game results generated by the system are final unless a technical fault is confirmed by winnbox.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that will apply. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under certain circumstances such as event cancellation or a confirmed technical error.

winnbox offers a range of game categories including live sports (sportsbook), online slots, live casino with baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and more. Each game category has its own specific rules, which can be found in the relevant section of the platform.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the winnbox platform:

• Committing any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment information or false identity details.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in winnbox's software or systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Posting content that is offensive, indecent, threatening or that infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorisation.

7 Account Termination and Suspension

winnbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the winnbox customer support team. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once the required verification process is complete.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, winnbox reserves the right to forfeit all balances including betting funds, bonuses and any winnings not yet withdrawn.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, winnbox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

winnbox makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free or be free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Users agree that use of the platform is at their own risk. winnbox is not responsible for any third-party technical failures that may affect the user's experience on the platform.

• Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings.
